District 76, namely All Japan, of Toastmasters International, non-profit organization developing public speaking and leadership skills through practice and feedback in local clubs since 1924, will hold its Fall Conference 2010 in Kumamoto, the Land of Fire.
The Conference spotlights Humorous Speech Contests in English and Japanese at All-Japan level and educational sessions – keynote lectures and workshops.
